# Improvements to Distributions

All distributions should be able to be normalized with added normalization, PDF, and CDF features to make amplitude histograms comparable and more data advanced.

## What it is

**What it is:** Frequency charts, histogram charts, session length, and time-to-convert now support normalization, PDF, and CDF views. Normalization scales each series so its bars sum to 1, making groups with different sample sizes directly comparable — for example, U.S. versus Canada users no longer requires accounting for population differences before reading the chart. PDFs show the relative likelihood of values across a distribution. CDFs let you read off percentiles and range percentages, like the p95 for time to convert or the share of sessions between 3 and 10 minutes.

**Where:** Frequency chart, histogram chart, session length chart, time-to-convert chart

**Who:** All customers, including EUDC

**When:** GA. Available now.
